Stacy Rans

Stacy first discovered yoga in 1997 and, after about ten years of a practice that ebbed and flowed, developed a solid practice in 2008. She completed her initial 200hr Teacher Training with Rolf Gates in 2012 and her 300hr Sattva Vinyasa with Dani McGuire in 2018. Stacy has a heart for sharing yoga with ALL levels of students...and in 2016 began expanding that reach through her role as a "teacher of teachers" in Bodyworks 200hr Teacher Training program. While she will always have an appreciation for the strength and flexibility that her asana practice provides her with, she has more recently found a greater connection with the 8-limb path of yoga...and the impact of taking her yoga off of her mat...and she has begun to share that knowledge with others through private sessions as well as teaching yoga to the young men at the Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility.
